Cabrach Distillery - A Community-Owned Micro-Distillery

This conversion project establishes a new, community-owned micro-distillery, operated by the Cabrach Trust, set within historic farm steadings in a remote valley in the North East of Scotland. All profits will be used to regenerate and repopulate the community. This initial phase of work delivers a new access road, restoration of the steadings, an operational distillery and a maturation warehouse. A subsequent phase will include a small heritage museum, retail area and cafe.
