Cargil Terrace Retrofit

Refurbishment and extension of an existing flatted block in the Trinity Conservation Area of Edinburgh, to provide 9 1-bedroom flats and a new-build wheelchair-accessible garden flat. Working within a tightly constrained site, the project looks to capitalise on the embodied carbon of the existing building and infrastructure, bringing the properties up to current standards, in both spatial and environmental terms.
