Radiance, Glasgow's biennial International Festival of Light transforms Glasgow’s Merchant City for one weekend only. Various artworks in light see bridges, buildings, courtyards, ponds, shops and even graveyards from High Street to Buchanan Street transformed by a number of internationally acclaimed designers.
Collective Architecture were approached by Glasgow City Council to design and produce a prototype lighting feature for future use within Glasgow’s Christmas Lighting. This evolved through many forms into the Sno-lite, a twelve armed ‘snow flake’ which can be suspended from any location. The Radiance Festival saw the Sno-lite displayed within Glasgow's Briggait Market.
The Sno-lite is now a permenat feature within the re-furbised foyer of the Lighthouse, Glasgow.
